How We Can Save You Money
Hiring a COCO worker saves you time and money in the hiring process. We have a pool of qualified workers and the expertise to match the right employee to each opening.

We can help you save on training expenses too. We provide on-site training for each employee and we train to your specific qualifications. Then we supervise the worker until everyone is confident the worker can meet the specifications of the job. This is all done free of charge.

In addition, if you contract for one of our work crews, we provide the workers compensation, insurance, and the payroll processing. We will bill you monthly for the work on a fixed or piece-rate basis. A work crew is always accompanied by a qualified staff person, free of charge who will ensure that the crew meets your productivity and quality needs.
